Would you like to learn how to make your own home made vegetable ferments?
Join Traditional Wisdom Modern Kitchen instructor Ashley Pharazyn for this 90 minute hands on workshop where you will make your own batch of fermented garlic carrots and beet sauerkraut.
Class will include all vegetables and recipes. Please bring a cutting board and knife along with a 500 ml mason jar and a quart jar to the workshop.
