AN EFFORTLESS MEDITATION TECHNIQUE FOR MODERN TIMES
Our mental well-being is one of the biggest - if not the biggest - contributing factor to our overall health and wellness.
While we may spend time attending to our physical health and hygiene, we tend to ignore our mental side.
That's where meditation comes in.
Back in 2005, I had been dabbling in meditation but with no measureable success or joy.  Soon after, I met my teacher, who introduced me to the technique of Vedic Meditation.
It was the most pivotal life decision I've ever made, and a gift to myself which keeps on giving.
The first step was acknowledging that taking care of myself was important, and that I was worth that investment.

STEP 1. FREE INTRO TALK 
This is a free introductory talk that will last about 90 minutes.  Come to learn about consciousness, meditation and stress management.  This is a chance for you to meet me and get your questions answered.  You will be given an opportunity to sign up for a meditation course beginning that week, although there is no obligation to do so.

STEP 2. VEDIC MEDITATION COURSE
Become a self-sufficient, daily meditator in four sessions held over four consecutive days.  Morning or evening sessions are available, and each session lasts about 90 minutes.  I don't just tell you how to meditate, I show you how and meditate with you.

STEP 3. ENJOY A LIFETIME OF SUPPORT
Gain lifetime access to free group meditations within our worldwide community. You'll also have access to retake the course as many times as you'd like and be able to check in whenever you have questions.
