Mike Sooley - VP Electronic Discovery
Mike has been with Lit & More for over 15 years. He has been a part of the transition from paper - to scans - to data and has helped create many of the tools and processes that we use every day. Mike travels the state constantly to meet with clients and help with E-discovery projects. His depth of knowledge has saved many clients from making costly mistakes.
Mike holds his ACEDS Certified E-Discovery Specialist certification as well as being an IPRO certified administrator. Mike has extensive knowledge of data collection and the Relativity Review Platform.
Mike and his wife just welcomed their first child, a daughter, into the world this November. When not changing diapers or playing with TBs of data Mike enjoys spending time on his boat and drag racing.

Melissa Shugars - Account Development Florida
Melissa has been with Lit & More for over 13 years. She has worked in every position in the organization and has a unique perspective on data projects due to her immense experience. Melissa is a true road warrior - presenting CLEs - and doing Relativity training.
Melissa is an IPRO certified administrator and is our designated Relativity trainer.
Melissa and her husband have two daughters - one attends UCF in Orlando and the other is in 5th grade. When Melissa can get out from behind the wheel of her car or a computer screen you will find her traveling the state yet again to watch her daughter play softball and her husband coach for Cape Fear, a travel softball organization her and her husband founded.
