Phase 1
What and Why. Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Cocoon Projects Adaptive Operating Model thinking we will explore and understand what an Adaptive Organisation really is, why and when it is a good thing to pursue it and the principles behind it.
Phase 2
How. We will dive into the nitty-gritty of how on Earth it is possible to realize such an organisation, both from the human system perspective and from the organisation designer perspective. We will apply Tricordants powerful but practical design toolkit into case studies, illustrations and your own experiences to develop deep learning.

Stelio Verzera
is a curious and active contributor to the global community evolving the concept and practice of work. Since 1995 he’s been supporting organisations in their navigation of key evolutionary phases, surfing complexity both at the strategic and at the operational levels. In 2011 he co-founded Cocoon Projects and designed its governance model, today known as LiquidO, in fact launching the first all-in, completely emergent, adaptive organisational framework in Europe.

Nick Richmond
has a passion to design thriving workplaces by creating meaningful work to form healthy, high performing organisations. He has worked across multiple sectors since 1996, building upon his relational approach, strategic thinking and innovative spirit to bring the future to life. Nick is an active contributor in the organisation design and development community as a Director of Tricordant and co-Chair of the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF).
